This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms and conditions for order cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds for products purchased through our website.

1. Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Dispatch

Customers may cancel their orders at any time before the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details. Once the cancellation is confirmed, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method or through an alternative approved refund method.

Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, it cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a product that qualifies for return under this policy, you may submit a return request after delivery.


2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

You may request a return, replacement, or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received a defective product.

  • You received an incorrect product.

  • The product was expired upon delivery.

  • The packaging was severely damaged during transit and affected the product quality.

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of delivery.


3. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the nature of agricultural products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Seeds that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.

  • Fertilizers, pesticides, plant nutrients, or agricultural chemicals that have been opened or unpacked.

  • Perishable agricultural goods.

  • Farming tools or equipment showing signs of use, misuse, or physical damage caused after delivery.

  • Products with tampered, altered, or missing original packaging.

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.


4. Return Request Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

To initiate a return request, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:

  • Order Number

  • Product Name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Step 2: Verification & Approval

Our support team will review the submitted information and verify the claim. Additional information may be requested if necessary.

Step 3: Return Arrangement

Once approved, we will arrange one of the following:

  • Pickup from your delivery address (where available), or

  • Drop-off at a designated courier or logistics partner location.

Products must be returned in their original condition wherever applicable.


5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacements for eligible products when:

  • The issue has been verified by our team.

  • The same product is available in stock.

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

If a replacement product is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.


6. Refund Policy

Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances:

  • A cancellation request is accepted before dispatch.

  • The return claim has been approved after verification.

  • The product is unavailable for replacement.

  • The returned product meets the applicable return conditions.

Refund Methods

Approved refunds may be processed through:

  • Any other mutually agreed refund method

If you have not received your refund within the expected period:

  2. Contact your bank or payment service provider.

  3. Allow additional processing time as some institutions may take longer to post refunds.

8. Important Conditions

  • Refunds, returns, and replacements are subject to verification and approval by our support team.

  • We reserve the right to reject claims that do not meet the requirements of this policy.

  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or unreasonable return requests may be denied.
